In compliance with the provisions of Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), the following General Information is provided: The domain https://www.marenysol.com , hereinafter the Website, is registered in the name of MARENYSOL S.L.U., with registered address at C/ Gambo, 2, 03503 – Benidorm (Alicante), registered in the Commercial Registry (data pending completion: Volume, Section, Page, Sheet, Entry), with VAT ID B03944402, hereinafter THE OWNER.

2. TERMS OF USE

I.- USERS

Access to and/or use of the Website grants the status of user, fully and unconditionally accepting from that moment on these general conditions, as well as any specific conditions that may, where applicable, complement, modify, or replace the former in relation to certain services and content of the Website.

The duration of the Website and its services is indefinite, although THE OWNER reserves the right to interrupt, suspend, or terminate the provision of the Website service or any of its services, under the same terms set out in condition three.

VII.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. MARENYSOL S.L.U. and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s domicile for any matter arising from the provision of the Website services and content, and for the interpretation, application, compliance, or non-compliance with these terms. If the user is domiciled outside Spain, both parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Benidorm (Alicante), Spain.

3. OPT-OUT OF COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS

In accordance with the Information Society Services Act 34/2002, users are guaranteed the possibility to stop receiving commercial information within a maximum period of one month from the date they communicate their intention by email to administracion3@marenysol.es
